Common use of CAFA Notice Clause in Contracts

CAFA Notice. Not later than 10 days after this Settlement Agreement is filed with the Court, the Settlement Administrator, at Bumble’s direction, shall serve notice of the Settlement and other required documents upon relevant government officials in accordance with the Class Action Fairness Act (“CAFA”), 28 U.S. § 1715. Prior to the Preliminary Approval hearing, the Settlement Administrator shall provide proof of service of such notice for filing with the Court.

CAFA Notice.
