CAFETERIA AND VENDING INSTALLATIONS. 1. Any space to be used primarily for lunchroom or cafeteria operation shall be Tenant's responsibility to keep clean and sanitary, it being understood that Landlord's approval of such use must be first obtained in writing. 2. Vending machines or refreshment service installations by Tenant must be approved by Landlord in writing and shall be restricted in use to employees and business callers. All cleaning necessitated by such installations shall be at Tenant's expense.
