Cafeteria Plan In Lieu of Health Insurance Coverage. Subject to the requirements of the plan, regular full-time employees who are eligible for health insurance shall receive up to nine hundred dollars ($900.00) annually, to be paid in quarterly installments if they elect not to be covered by the Employer’s health insurance program. Subject to the carrier’s rules, employees will still be eligible for Employer paid dental and optical coverage. Employees electing the payment must be covered by health insurance from another source to be eligible, and must sign an Employer waiver form.
