Annual In-service. Drivers, bus monitors, and mechanics shall attend an annual safety meeting in-service (minimum 4 hours) for their respective classifications and shall be paid at the employee’s hourly rate. Drivers and Monitors shall receive all information and training for the transport of special needs students as required by the ORC. Drivers failing to attend the required in- service shall be sufficient reason for forfeiture of the required driver’s certificate.

  • IN-SERVICE When a nurse attends any in-service programme during her/his regularly scheduled working hours, she/he shall suffer no loss of pay. When a nurse is unable to do so, and attends the in-service programme outside her/his regularly scheduled hours, she/he shall be paid for all time attendance at her/his straight time rate of pay. If attendance is mandatory all applicable premiums will apply.

  • Years of Service (i) A Participant’s Years of Service shall include all service performed for the Employer and ¨ Shall ¨ Shall Not include service performed for the Related Employer.

  • Year of Service An Employee must complete at least Hours of Service during a Vesting Computation Period to receive credit for a Year of Service under Article V. [Note: The number may not exceed 1,000. If left blank, the requirement is 1,000.]

  • Change in Services If Customer wishes to change the scope of the Services, it shall submit details of the requested change to Company in writing.
