Common use of CALCULATING TIME LIMITS Clause in Contracts

CALCULATING TIME LIMITS. Time limits specified in the present Contract will be calculated as follows: a) On the appointed days, starting on the date specified, that day will be excluded from the calculation, which will begin on the following day. b) If the time limits are set by months or years, they would be calculated from date to date. If there is no equivalent date on the month of expiration to the month of commencement, it will be understood that the time limit will run out on the last day of the month. Holidays and non-work days will be included in the calculations.
