Calculating Time Periods. For purposes of Section I. herein, the 60-working day period within which a benefit determination on review shall be made, subject to any extension granted pursuant to paragraph I.2 above, begins at the time an Appeal is received by the Plan or the Plan’s Designee, without regard to whether all the information necessary to make an Appeal Decision accompanies the filing.
