Subordination to Agreements with the United States. This Lease is subject to and subordinate to the provisions of any agreement currently in force or subsequently made between Lessor and the U.S. government, relative to the operation or maintenance of the Airport, the execution of which has been required as a condition precedent to the transfer of federal rights or property to Lessor for Airport purposes, or the expenditure of federal funds for the improvement or development of the Airport in accordance with the provisions of the Federal Aviation Act of 1958, as it has been amended from time to time. Lessor warrants it has no existing agreements with the U.S. government in conflict with the express provisions of this Lease.

Subordination to Agreements with the United States. This Agreement is subject and subordinate to the provisions of any agreement already made or to be made in the future between County and the United States relative to the operation or maintenance of the Airport, the execution of which is a condition precedent to the transfer of federal rights or property to County for Airport purposes, or to the expenditure of federal funds for the improvement or development of the Airport in accordance with the provisions of the Federal Aviation Act of 1958, as amended.
Subordination to Agreements with the United States. This Lease is subject and subordinate to any agreement currently in force or subsequently entered into between Landlord and the FAA or any other federal agency related to the operation or maintenance of the Airport, whether or not the agreement is required as a condition to Landlord receiving federal rights or property for Airport purposes or is required for Landlord to spend federal funds to improve or further develop the Airport in accordance with the Federal Aviation Act of 1958 (49 U.S.C. §§ 1301, et seq.). Landlord’s federal grant assurances and affirmative action requirements are listed in the Supplemental Terms and Conditions to All Airport Agreements (Revised 2/1/19) attached and marked Exhibit G.
Subordination to Agreements with the United States. This Agreement is subject and subordinate to the provisions of any agreement heretofore or hereafter made between Authority and the United States, including without limitation the terms of any “Sponsor’s Grant Assurances” or like agreement, the execution of which is required to enable or permit the transfer of rights or property to Authority for airport purposes, or the expenditure of federal grant funds for Airport improvement, maintenance or development. Airline shall reasonably abide by the requirements of agreements entered into between Authority and the United States, and shall consent to amendments and modifications of this Agreement if required by such agreements or if required as a condition of Authority’s entry into such agreements.
Subordination to Agreements with the United States. (A) This Agreement shall be subordinated to the provisions of any existing or future agreement between the City and the United States Government or governmental authority, relating to the operation or maintenance of the Airport, the execution of which has been or will be required as a condition precedent to the granting of federal funds or the approval to impose or use PFCs for the improvement or development of the Airport. Airline shall not cause the City to violate any assurances made by the City to the United States Government in connection with the granting of such federal funds or the approval of such PFCs.
Subordination to Agreements with the United States. This Agreement is subject and subordinate to all current and future agreements entered into between the Port and the FAA, or any other federal agency, related to the operation or maintenance of Seatac Airport, including agreements that are required as a condition to the Port receiving federal rights or property for Airport purposes or required in order for the Port to spend federal funds to improve or further develop the Airport in accordance with the Federal Aviation Act of 1958 (Pub. L. No. 85-726, 72 Stat. 731) and 49 U.S.C. §§ 47101-47144.

Neither Raritan nor any Raritan Subsidiary is required by Section 32 of the Federal Deposit Insurance Act to give prior notice to a Federal banking agency of the proposed addition of an individual to its board of directors or the employment of an individual as a senior executive officer, except as disclosed in writing to United by Raritan prior to the date of this Agreement.
