Calculating Time Periods. In calculating any time periods under this Agreement: a) the first day of the period shall not be taken into account, but the last one shall; b) the non-juridical days, i.e. Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays, shall be taken into account; and c) whenever the last day is a non-juridical day, the period shall be extended to the next juridical day.
