Calculation and Payment of Charges. 5.1 From the date on which the User becomes entitled to receive a payment for the export of energy onto the NI System the User shall pay to SONI charges plus Value Added Tax pursuant to this Clause 5 and Schedule 2. The User shall notify XXXX in writing of the date on which charges shall become due under this Clause 5 not less than 14 days prior to the said date. XXXX shall be entitled to require, and the User where so required shall give, evidence to XXXX’s satisfaction confirming that charges payable under this Clause 5 have not been incurred.
