Calculation by Projection. If the Executive Committee determines to terminate the evaluation and project the future achievement of Performance Measures, the calculation of Earned Success Payments in Section 11.02(a)(i) will be revised to include such future results and such revised amount will be used for purposes of payment from the PFS Escrow Fund pursuant to Section 11.02(a)(iii).
