Calculation of Company TSR Percentile Ranking. The Company shall determine (i) the Company’s TSR for the Performance Period and (ii) the TSR for the Performance Period of each company that was included in the S&P MidCap 400 Index as of the last day of the Performance Period. The Company TSR Percentile Ranking shall mean the percentage of TSRs of the companies included the S&P MidCap 400 Index as of the last day of the Performance Period that are lower than the Company’s TSR for the Performance Period.
