Calculation of Discount. On the 10th Business Day immediately preceding each Settlement Date for each Receivable Interest of the Committed Purchasers in a Group, the applicable Co-Agent shall calculate the aggregate amount of Discount for the applicable Tranche Period and shall notify the Seller of such aggregate amount, if any.
