Calculation of Minutes Delay. 5.1 Subject to paragraph 5.2 the Minutes Delay for a Planned Service in respect of a Trigger of a Recording Point shall be equal to: (a) in respect of the first recorded Trigger, the number of minutes (rounded down to the nearest whole minute), if any, by which the time at which the relevant train so Triggers the Recording Point is later than the time at which that train is Planned so to Trigger the Recording Point; and (b) in respect of each other recorded Trigger by a train, the lesser of:
