Calculation of Rent. (a) The rent accrues from day to day. (b) The monthly payment is calculated as follows: monthly payment = weekly rent x 4.3482. (c) If the first or last rent payment is for a period of less than a full calendar month, the rent for the broken rent period is calculated on a daily basis as follows: daily rent = weekly rent x 0.1429.
