Rental charges will be calculated in the following manner: (Hour meter end) - (Hour meter start) = (Total hours run) X (Hourly rental rate) + (gallons of SRCD fuel) X $ (purchase price) (date) = $ + (gallons of SRCD fuel) X $ (purchase price) (date) = $ + (gallons of SRCD fuel) X $ (purchase price) (date) = $ + (additional pump set up / tear down) X $100 per occurrence = $ = Total rental bill.
