Common use of Calculation of Wet Sand Quantities Clause in Contracts

Calculation of Wet Sand Quantities. The quantities of Wet Sand referred to in Section 4.2.1 and in other provisions of this Agreement referencing Wet Sand quantities are based on Wet Sand having a nominal value of 80% +#50 mesh content. If the average mesh content of the Wet Sand delivered to SSS during any relevant period is more or less than this value, such quantities shall be adjusted accordingly.
