In lieu of any other rates and discounts, the Customer will pay a fixed monthly recurring charge of $180.00 per DS1 Access Service. In lieu of any other rates and discounts, the Customer will pay a fixed monthly recurring $1,500.00 per-circuit local loop charge for DS-3 Access circuits at 1 NPA/NXX location mutually agreed upon by the Customer and the Company.
