The Appointing Authority may cancel any previously approved shift exchange for reasons including, but not limited to, transfers, separation, death, military leave, FMLA leave or other types of statutory leave, so long as the cancellation occurs fifteen (15) calendar days or more in advance of the first exchanged shift. 6.
