Calendar Days. Upon receipt of the notification that Developer’s designated dates are not acceptable to the Connecting Transmission Owner, the Developer shall notify the Connecting Transmission Owner within thirty (30) Calendar Days whether it elects to exercise the Option to Build if it has not already elected to exercise the Option to Build.
