Common use of CALIFORNIA ADDENDUM Clause in Contracts

CALIFORNIA ADDENDUM. Capitalized terms used but not defined in this Addendum shall have the respective meanings ascribed to such terms in the Protective Agreement (“Agreement”). In connection with my new or continuing employment with Tractor Supply Company (or one of its subsidiaries or affiliated companies) (the “Company”) and for other good and valuable consideration (the receipt and sufficiency all of which I acknowledge), to the extent that California law applies, my signature to the Agreement is my agreement to the modifications set forth below in this California Addendum. No. 1:
