California Climate Action Registry. If applicable, in accordance with CPUC Rulemaking 06-04-009 (April 13, 2006), upon modification of the protocols of the registry contemplated therein (“California Climate Action Registry”) to allow energy storage (as applicable) facility-specific registration, Seller shall promptly (i) register with the California Climate Action Registry, (ii) send SCE Notice of such registration and (iii) remain a member of the California Climate Action Registry throughout the entire Term.
