Reports of Outages. Seller shall promptly prepare and provide to Buyer, all reports of Unscheduled Outages or Scheduled Outages that Buyer may reasonably require for the purpose of enabling Buyer to comply with CAISO requirements or any Applicable Laws. Reports of Outages. Seller shall promptly prepare and provide to Buyer, all reports of Unscheduled Outages or Scheduled Outages that Buyer may reasonably require for the purpose of enabling Buyer to comply with CAISO requirements or any Applicable Laws. Seller shall also report all Unscheduled Outages or Scheduled Outages in the Daily Operating Report. FORCE MAJEURE No Default for Force Majeure. A Party shall not be in default in the performance of its obligations under this Agreement when and to the extent that the failure or delay of its performance is due to an event of Force Majeure. However, a failure to make payments when due shall not be excused; except to the extent such failure is caused solely by a Force Majeure event that disables physical or electronic facilities necessary to transfer funds to the payee Party.

  • Monthly Reports On or before the 15th day after the end of each month during the term of this Management Agreement, Manager shall prepare and submit to Owner the following reports and statements:

  • Reports/Meetings The Contractor shall develop reports and any other relevant documents necessary to complete the services and requirements as set forth in this Contract. The County’s Project Manager and the Contractor’s Project Manager will meet at a County designated location to discuss the Contractor’s performance and progress under this Contract, at the request of the County’s Project Manager. If requested by County, the Contractor’s Project Manager and other project personnel shall attend all meetings. The Contractor shall provide such information that is requested by the County for the purpose of monitoring progress under this Contract.
