This Agreement is intended to be cumulative of any rights of the Indemnified Parties under California Code of Civil Procedure Sections 564, 726.5 and 736 and under California Civil Code Section 2929.5. The Indemnitor hereby agrees that its liability hereunder shall not be affected by any restrictions or limitations which such statutes may contain.
