General Standards. An Assistant Professor will be competent to teach in a particular field, will be current in the literature of that field, and will seek to meet student needs in both the classroom and in non-classroom environments. However, an Assistant may be a junior member of the academic community, with little professional and/or teaching experience. Furthermore, an Assistant may have little experience in curriculum development, committee work, governance, professional and/or community service, etc. In short, an Assistant Professor generally will be new to tenure-track college teaching. For eligibility for promotion from Assistant to Associate Professor, the candidate must have served a minimum of four (4) years at the rank of Assistant Professor, and must show evidence that he/she has grown professionally and consistently has sought to meet student needs, in both the classroom and in non-classroom environments. A successful candidate for the rank of Associate Professor will have remained current in the field, and will have improved his/her teaching in some demonstrable way. He/she also will have demonstrated professional growth in one or more of the following ways: completion of additional appropriate course work (if applicable), attendance at professional conferences, service on campus and/or District committees, professional and/or community service, or, the production of some creative work. Evidence of professional growth will be drawn from a careful analysis of student evaluations and peer evaluations over a period of time, and from a critical reading of materials submitted by the candidate. For promotion from Associate to Professor, the candidate must have served a minimum of four (4) years at the rank of Associate Professor, and must show evidence that he/she has grown professionally to a point where he/she has mastered both a particular field of knowledge and the teaching of that knowledge. A successful candidate must show evidence that he/she consistently has sought to meet student needs, in both the classroom and non-classroom environments. A Professor should be a senior member of the faculty, one who has such substantial experience, knowledge, and skill that he/she could mentor junior faculty in his/her area of expertise. General Standards. 5.4.1.1. Update the applicable Citizens’ system with routine status reports, diary notes and other file documentation as directed by Citizens;
5.4.1.2. Follow up on phone calls, correspondence and requests as necessary to any and all parties in accordance with the Best Claims Practices & Estimating Guidelines and procedures;
5.4.1.3. Make initial contact with policyholder or policyholder’s representative within twenty-four (24) hours of Vendor’s acceptance of the work assignment;
5.4.1.4. Ensure that damage is inspected within forty-eight (48) hours of initial contact with policyholder unless dictated by extenuating circumstances such as scheduling conflicts with the insured or their representative;
5.4.1.5. Provide recommended reserves within thirty-six (36) hours of initial inspection and on-going as necessary;
5.4.1.6. Upon completion of the investigation submit the report and supporting settlement documentation to the applicable Citizens system within seventy-two (72) hours;
5.4.1.7. Submit a final accurate invoice for Services at the conclusion of the claim file; and,
5.4.1.8. Unless otherwise directed by Citizens, promptly forward demands for appraisal, mediation, consumer complaints, and notices of litigation in accordance with Best Claims Practices & Estimating Guidelines or other applicable Citizens’ directives.
General Standards. The Project shall be completed within industry standards and best practices to ensure that the functionality and serviceability of the Program’s investment meets the intent of the application and the Program.

General Standards. All Destra personnel are expected to conduct their activities in accordance with high standards of commercial honor and ethical principles. Accordingly, no person subject to the Code may engage in any conduct that is deceitful, fraudulent or misleading in connection with the implementation of an investment strategy, or the purchase or sale of any investment, for a client. Moreover, no person may place his or her own interests ahead of the interests of clients or engage in any transaction which interferes with, derives undue benefit, deprives a client of an investment opportunity, or is inconsistent with the investments undertaken for a client. In this regard, no person may use information concerning the investments recommended or made for clients for his or her personal benefit or gain in a manner detrimental to Destra clients. All persons subject to the Code must comply with the applicable provisions of the Advisers Act and the 1940 Act, and other applicable federal securities laws.1 No person subject to the Code, directly or indirectly, in connection with the purchase or sale of a security held or to be acquired by a client may: ● employ any device, scheme, or artifice to defraud the client ● make any untrue statement of a material fact or omit to state a material fact necessary in order to make the statements made, in light of circumstances under which they are made, not misleading or in any way mislead the client regarding a material fact ● engage in any act, practice, or course of business which operates or would operate as a fraud or deceit upon the client ● engage in any manipulative practice with respect to the client Persons covered by this Code must adhere to its general principles as well as comply with the Code’s specific provisions. It bears emphasis that technical compliance with the Code’s procedures will not automatically insulate from scrutiny trades which show a pattern of abuse of the individual’s fiduciary duties to its clients. In addition, a violation of the general principles of the Code may constitute a punishable violation of the Code.
General Standards. All Projects funded by this Agreement shall be completed within industry standards and best practices to ensure that the functionality and serviceability of the program’s investment meets the intent of the application and the program.
General Standards. (A) The Contractor must have sufficient operating staff to comply with the terms of this Contract. At minimum, the Contractor must be able to identify qualified staff in the following areas:
(1) Executive management with clear oversight authority for all other functions;
(2) Medical Director’s Office;
(3) Accounting and Budgeting function
(4) Member Services Function
(5) Provider Services Function
(6) Medical Management function, including quality assurance and utilization review;
(7) Enrollee and Provider complaint and grievance resolution function;
(8) Management of Contractor’s information system.
(B) The Contractor shall plan for increased workload during periods of increased CHIP marketing and outreach.
General Standards. Quality Management System The Supplier shall undertake its obligations arising hereunder and in all Contracts in accordance with the BS EN ISO 9001 Quality Management System standard or equivalent. The Supplier shall ensure that its Sub-Contractors undertake their obligations arising under Contracts in accordance with the BS EN ISO 9001 Quality Management System standard or equivalent. Environmental Management System The Supplier shall undertake its obligations arising hereunder and in all Contracts in accordance with the BS EN ISO 14001 Environmental Management System standard or equivalent. The Supplier shall ensure that its Sub-Contractors undertake their obligations arising under Contracts in accordance with the BS EN ISO 14001 Environmental Management System standard or equivalent.
General Standards. During the Term, Generator shall have the sole responsibility to, and at its sole expense shall manage, control, operate and maintain the Facility in accordance with Good Utility Practices and the requirements set forth in this Agreement. Generator shall operate its generating equipment in parallel with the Georgia Power Electric System in accordance with the operating procedures in Appendix A to this Agreement and those established by the Operating Committee in accordance with Section 15 and in accordance with the requirements of the NERC-recognized control area in which the Facility operates. All wiring, apparatus and other equipment necessary to receive or deliver electric energy on Generator's side of the Interconnection Point shall be supplied, maintained and operated by and at the expense of Generator.

5.4.1.4. follow up on phone calls, correspondence and requests as necessary to any and all parties in accordance with the Best Claims Practices & Estimating Guidelines and procedures; and,
5.4.1.5. ensure all legal deadlines are met for the protection of Citizens and/or its policyholders.
