Common use of California District Attorneys Association (CDAA) Dues Clause in Contracts

California District Attorneys Association (CDAA) Dues. An employee in a class set forth in A. immediately above, who is or becomes a member of the CDAA, shall be reimbursed by the County for the CDAA annual membership fee of up to fifty dollars ($50). This reimbursement shall not cover any costs to the employee of becoming eligible for, or initially obtaining, such license. Reimbursement shall also not apply to any license necessary for the legal operation of vehicles or mechanical equipment.
