License Reimbursement. The County shall reimburse any permanent employee, who works at least eighty (80) hours per biweekly period, for the cost of renewing any license or certificate the employee is required to possess as a condition of employment by the County, which the employee is required to renew during the term of this Agreement.

Reimbursement shall also not apply to any license necessary for the legal operation of vehicles or mechanical equipment. However, an employee who is required by his/her Department to upgrade his/her driver license will be reimbursed for the amount of the fee that exceeds the fee of the Class 3 driver license fee. If a driver license upgrade is required by the Department at a time other than the normal renewal time for the employee, the Department will reimburse the entire driver license fee.
License Reimbursement. The County will reimburse for the costs of one license renewal per year for Regular Hires in the following classifications: Licensed Mental Health Practitioners (Code 1087), Licensed Mental Health Practitioners Bilingual (Code 1091), and Licensed Crisis Specialist (Code 1486).

The reimbursement will occur only for the area of certification in which the unit member is currently teaching. Reimbursement shall be made following the completion of the proper form.

Reimbursement shall also not apply to any license necessary for the legal operation of vehicles or mechanical equipment.
License Reimbursement. Board will only pay for endorsements needed for the position. All other license costs shall be borne by the driver.

License Reimbursement. Effective February 14, 2004, the Employer agrees to reimburse all affected non-probationary employees who are required to operate coaches one hundred percent (100%) of the cost of renewing their driver licenses. Proof of the renewed license must be presented to the Employer before reimbursement will be made. The employee must be actually working for the City's Transit System at the time he or she submits proof of the renewal of his or her license.
