Call in of decisions. 5.1 Call in of decisions of GMCA and TfGMC (a) Members of the Scrutiny Pool appointed under this Protocol will have the power to call in:- (i) any decision of the GMCA; (ii) any major or strategic decision of the TfGMC which is taken by the TfGMC in accordance with the delegations set out in Part 3 Section B II of this Constitution.
