Common use of Call of Meetings Clause in Contracts

Call of Meetings. Meetings of Members may be called at any time by the Board of Managers or the Chief Executive Officer and President for the purpose of taking action upon any matter requiring the vote or authority of the Members as provided herein or in the Operating Agreement or upon any other matter as to which such vote or authority is deemed by the Board of Managers or the Chief Executive Officer and President to be necessary or desirable.

Call of Meetings. Meetings of Members may be called at any time by the Board of Managers Managers, the Chairman or the Chief Executive Officer and President for the purpose of taking action upon any matter requiring the vote or authority of the Members as provided herein or in the Operating Limited Liability Company Agreement or upon any other matter as to which such vote or authority is deemed by the Board of Managers Managers, the Chairman or the Chief Executive Officer and President to be necessary or desirable.

Meetings of the Members to act on any matter upon which Members may vote as provided in the Agreement or the Act shall be called promptly by the Board upon the written request of a Majority in Interest of the Members.
