Callout and Miscellaneous. Any full-time employee who is called in and required to work outside their scheduled working hours shall be paid for a minimum of two (2) hours at overtime rate for each callout. Regular part-time employees not working in excess of Article 7.11 shall receive a minimum of two (2) hours' pay at straight time for each callout.
