Camper Behavior. The JP2 Centre is an alcohol-controlled environment. The use or possession of alcohol, except with advance permission from FFI, is strictly prohibited. The possession and/or use of illicit/non-prescription drugs is also prohibited. Smoking is prohibited in all buildings. JP2 Centre is a no-pet facility. FFI may limit your activities if they are deemed dangerous or destructive. IMPORTANT: Guests must adhere to all local by-laws. In particular, By-Law #2001-057 which states that no noise is permitted between the hours of 11:00 pm and 7:00 am. JP2 Centre has neighbours situated closely to the campgrounds. Any outside music and noise should be kept at reasonable levels. If a noise complaint is filed against the JP2 Centre, the J500 deposit will not be refunded.

  • Behaviour No obscene or insulting language or disorderly behaviour shall be permitted. This includes any form of entertainment that may be considered lewd or inappropriate for a public place or that may offend or cause embarrassment to others.

  • Alcohol (a) A worker who returns a negative alcohol test will be allowed to return to work with no record of the test kept. A worker who returns a positive result for alcohol (above 0.00mg/ml) will be deemed not fit work and will not be permitted to return to work;

  • System Logging The system must maintain an automated audit trail which can 20 identify the user or system process which initiates a request for PHI COUNTY discloses to 21 CONTRACTOR or CONTRACTOR creates, receives, maintains, or transmits on behalf of COUNTY, 22 or which alters such PHI. The audit trail must be date and time stamped, must log both successful and 23 failed accesses, must be read only, and must be restricted to authorized users. If such PHI is stored in a 24 database, database logging functionality must be enabled. Audit trail data must be archived for at least 3 25 years after occurrence.
