Behaviour a) To behave in accordance with the College Code of Discipline. b) The Student is responsible in particular to make himself/herself familiar with the College rules and regulations as set out in the Student Guide on the College's website on the internet and the Accommodation Handbook and in particular with fire regulations and the Student agrees to comply with all such rules and regulations. c) The Student is reminded that fire regulations require that, stairways, landings and corridors must be kept clear at all times, and not obstructed by items placed in these areas, particularly bicycles and boxes etc. Fire doors must not be wedged open or obstructed in any way. The Student shall not tamper with or remove fire alarm equipment and fire extinguishers. d) The Student shall comply with the COVID-19 charter and policies issued by the College. The Student is reminded that failure to do so will result in a breach of this Tenancy Agreement. e) The Student shall also comply with any further rules and regulations as issued by the College from time to time.

As the Centre is located in close proximity to residential areas, please respect the local residents when leaving. Animals (other than Assistance Animals) are not permitted in the Centre.

The Hirer shall be responsible for the prevention of overcrowding (such as would endanger public safety), and for keeping clear all gangways, passages and exits. The Hirer should be aware that there is no provision for spectator facilities and within the agreement there should be no spectators allowed unless there is competition under the regulations of a sporting or other body. In this situation, liability for any risk or harm to spectators will lie with the Hirer. The Hirer shall be responsible for providing adequate supervision to maintain order and good conduct, (including the receiving and dismissal of pupils/participants) and – where applicablethe Hirer must adhere to the correct adult/pupil ratios at all times. The Hirer should be aware of the Fire Safety Policy and emergency evacuation procedures. Any agent acting on behalf of the hire should be aware of all applicable public safety and security policies. It is the Hirer’s responsibility to ensure that all those attending are made aware of the fact that they do so in all respects at their own risk.

Behaviour. The Mornington District Basketball Association has a zero-tolerance policy on abusive behaviour, being either verbal or physical, offensive or aggressive toward any club official, volunteer, committee persons, coaches, team managers, referee, player or staff member, any offender will be immediately stood down or suspended pending an enquiry. Poor attitude, disputing and complaining about referee’s calls, inappropriate body language will not be tolerated and will result in the player being subbed from the court and reduction in playing minutes. Big v players are expected to set a positive example for our juniors.
Behaviour. The Student commits to behave with ethics during his/her studies. He/She will commit no fraudulent act, and will specially avoid cheating, falsification or plagiarism of any academic work.
