Campus Community Sample Clauses

Campus Community. Student Wellness Services may be contacted by an individual (e.g. parent/family member, housemate, friend, faculty or staff member, residence life, Student Affairs, campus security, chaplain) who is concerned about your well‐being. We will collect information from these individuals and may reach out to you, as appropriate, to follow‐up on the concerns that have been brought to our attention, and to connect you to supports if needed. We inform the concerned individual that we may reach out to you, but no additional information will be provided. Please note we do not disclose any personal health information about you or your use of our services at any time, unless there is believed to be an imminent risk to your safety or the safety of someone else. If you have any questions about personal health information privacy and confidentiality, you may contact the Clinic Manager or the university’s Chief Privacy Officer.
Campus Community. No animal may become a disruption to members of the USI campus. A disruption includes but not limited to, excessive noise, physical harm to humans or other animals, destruction of property and other acts deemed a disruption by Housing and Residence Life. • ESAs and pets may not visit other housing or campus buildings. Only service animals are permitted in public accessible facilities. • Housing residents are not allowed to pet sit for other animals whether they are approved animals on campus or pets from off campus.
Campus Community. The main campus consists of 146 acres in the heart of Norfolk, Virginia located between the Lafayette and Xxxxxxxxx Xxxxxx. The University is comprised of six colleges offering degrees in 64 Bachelors programs, 66 Masters program’s, and 22 Doctoral programs. The University currently enrolls approximately 21,300 full and part-time students, and has over 2,000 faculty and staff. Additionally, the University housing facilities accommodate approximately 3,300 resident students, with an anticipated growth of 900 by the Fall of 2007. The University has an alumni base of approximately 100,000 individuals, many of whom reside in the Hampton Roads region.

  • Residence Community Living Standards The Residence Community Living Standards (“RCLS”) forms a part of this Agreement. It details the rights, responsibilities, and privileges of Residents as well as the residence conduct process. Each Resident is responsible for reading, understanding, and adhering to the terms outlined within the RCLS. The Manager and the Institution may amend the terms of the RCLS from time to time and may post the amendments in the Residence. Failure to abide by the RCLS may result in eviction from Residence and termination of this Agreement as per the violations and sanctions outlined in the RCLS, and as stated in section 8.01(d).   • Management; Community Policies Owner may retain employees and management agents from time to time to manage the Property, and Owner’s agent may retain other employees or contractors. Resident, on behalf of himself or herself and his or her Guests, agrees to comply fully with all directions from Owner and its employees and agents, and the rules and regulations (including all amendments and additions thereto, except those that substantially modify the Resident’s bargain and to which Resident timely objects) as contained in this Agreement and the Community Policies of the Property. The Community Policies are available at xxxxx://xxxxxxxxxxxxxx.xxx/policies.pdf or on request from the management office and are considered part of this Agreement.

  • Community We live and work in country communities. We are invested in the health, wellness and viability of country communities and the vibrancy, diversity and future of country WA.

  • Public Utility Holding Act None of the Company nor any of its Subsidiaries is a “holding company,” or an “affiliate” of a “holding company,” as such terms are defined in the Public Utility Holding Act of 2005.

  • Enterprise Information Management Standards Performing Agency shall conform to HHS standards for data management as described by the policies of the HHS Chief Data and Analytics Officer. These include, but are not limited to, standards for documentation and communication of data models, metadata, and other data definition methods that are required by HHS for ongoing data governance, strategic portfolio analysis, interoperability planning, and valuation of HHS System data assets.

  • Cultural Resources If a cultural resource is discovered, the Purchaser shall immediately suspend all operations in the vicinity of the cultural resource and notify the Forest Officer. Operations may only resume if authorized by the Forest Officer. Cultural resources identified and protected elsewhere in this contract are exempted from this clause. Cultural resources, once discovered or identified, are not to be disturbed by the Purchaser, or his, her or its employees and/or sub- contractors.

  • School District For purposes of administering this Agreement, the term "School District" shall mean the School Board or its designated representative.

  • Public Utility Holding Company Act Neither the Company nor any of its Subsidiaries is a "holding company", or an "affiliate" of a "holding company" or a "subsidiary company" of a "holding company", within the meaning of the Public Utility Holding Company Act of 1935, as amended.

  • Community Outreach Please describe all community outreach efforts undertaken since the last report.

  • Real Property Holding Company The Company is not a real property holding company within the meaning of Section 897 of the Code.
