CANADA COSTS. Canada agrees, notwithstanding any other provision in this Agreement with respect to costs, to be responsible for the payment of outer boundary survey costs when required for the establishment of Entitlement Reserves, and reasonable costs associated with any Environmental Screening in accordance with Steps 1 - 3 of Stage 2 of Schedule 6.

CANADA COSTS.
