Common use of Canada Post Requirements Clause in Contracts

Canada Post Requirements. The Owner COVENANTS AND AGREES to provide the City with evidence that satisfactory arrangements, financial and otherwise, have been made with Canada Post Corporation for the installation of Community Mail Boxes (CMBs) as required by Canada Post Corporation and in accordance with the requirements of Schedule “C” Section 14 at the time of sidewalk and/or curb installation. The Owner further covenants and agrees to notify prospective purchasers of locations of CMBs in accordance with Schedule “G” Item 1l) and that home/business mail delivery will be provided via CMB, provided the Owner has paid for the activation and equipment installation of the CMBs.

The Owner further covenants and agrees to notify prospective purchasers of locations of CMBs the CMB in accordance with Schedule “G” Item 1l) and that home/business mail delivery will be provided via CMB, provided the Owner has paid for the activation and equipment installation of the CMBs.
