CANADIAN NURSE ASSOCIATION CERTIFICATION PREMIUM. The following premium will be added to the regular annual pay for any Registered Nurse in the Bargaining Unit who is in receipt of a current certification under the Canadian Nurse Association Certification program and who is employed in a capacity utilizing this training, who submits proof of the certification to the Employer, payable each year the certification is current:
