Cancellation After Cancellation Deadline. A written request to cancel a reservation after the cancellation deadline stated in Section 9a shall include Licensee's statement of reasons. The university may exercise its discretion to grant or deny the request. If the university denies the request for cancellation, the Licensee shall owe the full fee period of the license (academic year), any charges for damages and cleaning, and all nonrefundable fees as described in the Rates and Payments at: xxxxx://xxxxxxx.xxxx.xxx/resources/rates.

Cancellation After Cancellation Deadline. After the cancellation deadline passes and the occupancy period has begun, Licensee must submit a Request to Cancel License Agreement form to request cancellation of the license and notify the University of the Licensee’s intention to vacate the housing facilities. The notice must be given a minimum of 30 days prior to the date the Licensee intends to vacate the facilities and/or terminate the License.
Cancellation After Cancellation Deadline. After the approved summer Fee Period starts, Licensee may submit a Request to Cancel License Agreement form to request cancellation of the license and notify the University of the Licensee’s intention to vacate the housing facilities on or after the beginning of the approved summer Fee Period. The notice must be given a minimum of 15 days prior to the date the Licensee intends to vacate the facilities and/or terminate the License.
