Cancellation After the Statutory Cancellation Period. If you cancel the contract after the statutory cancellation period has expired, the College will not refund payments received from you. Depending on when you cancel the contract (in particular, whether it is before or after enrolment) you may be obliged to pay a proportion of your tuition fees, as set out in the College’s Tuition Fee Policy 2017/18.
