Cancellation and Modifications to Orders. Conexant may modify or reschedule a Purchase Order Release (in whole or in part) as set forth in this Section 3.7; provided that Conexant meets its Wafer Volume Commitments. (a) Cancellation Before Process Start Except as set forth in Section 3.3(b) (Purchase Order Releases), for each Purchase Order Release for which processing of the Wafers has not yet begun, Conexant may cancel or modify a Purchase Order Release (in whole or in part) […***…] by delivering to Company a written notice of cancellation or modification, provided that Conexant replaces within a reasonable time any Moves reduced or eliminated through such cancellation or modification with the same number of Moves with respect to replacement products.
