Common use of Cancellation and Records Clause in Contracts

Cancellation and Records. (a) The Registrar shall maintain, in relation to each Series of Registered Notes in relation to which it is appointed as registrar, a register (each, a “Register”), which shall be kept in accordance with the Terms and Conditions applicable to such Series of Registered Notes and the Regulations. Each Register shall show the aggregate principal amount and date of issue of each Tranche comprising the relevant Series of Registered Notes, the names and addresses of the initial Holders thereof and the dates of all transfers to, and the names and addresses of, all subsequent Holders thereof.
