Common use of Cancellation and Return to the University Clause in Contracts

Cancellation and Return to the University. If I am either a new housing applicant or a returning/continuing student and I leave the University during the duration of this Contract, but register again during the same academic year, I must fulfill the terms of this Contract or be financially responsible for the Cancellation Fee.
