Common use of Cancellation and Return to the University Clause in Contracts

If I the University grants my cancellation fee waiver, but I register again during the same academic year, I must fulfill the terms of this Contract or be financially responsible for any cancellation fee and charges as set forth in this Section 8, regardless of any previous cancellation fee waiver.
