Cancellation Because of Lack of Funds. In the event funds to meet DOE/DVR’s obligations hereunder become unavailable, the DOE/DVR may, at its discretion, suspend or cancel the Contract upon no less than twenty-four (24) hours notice in writing to the Contractor. In the event the DOE/DVR chooses to exercise its cancellation option under this section, neither party hereto shall have any further rights or obligations hereunder. In the event the DOE/DVR suspends this Contract but does not reinstate it before the end of the Contract term; such suspension shall be considered an exercise of the DOE/DVR cancellation option.
