Common use of Cancellation by Agents Clause in Contracts

Cancellation by Agents. All Bonds which are redeemed, converted or purchased by the Company or any of its Subsidiaries shall be cancelled by the removal of the relevant Bondholder’s name from the Register by the Registrar and cancellation of the corresponding Certificates (or appropriate amendment of the Global Certificate if the Bonds are represented thereby) by the Agent to which they were surrendered or with which they were deposited.

Cancellation by Agents.
