Common use of Cancellation by Xxxxxxxx/s Clause in Contracts

Cancellation by Xxxxxxxx/s. The Allottee/s shall have the right to cancel/withdraw his allotment in the Project as provided in the Act. Provided that where the Allottee/s proposes to cancel/withdraw from the Project without any fault of the Developer, the Developer herein is entitled to forfeit the booking amount paid for the allotment. The balance amount of money paid by the Allottee/s shall be returned by the Developer to the Allottee/s within 45 (forty five) days of such cancellation.

Cancellation by Xxxxxxxx/s. The Allottee/s shall have the right to cancel/withdraw his allotment in the Project as provided in the Act. Provided that where the Allottee/s proposes to cancel/withdraw from the Project project without any fault of the Promoter/Owner/Developer, the Promoter/Owner/Developer herein is entitled to forfeit the booking amount paid for the allotment. The balance amount of money paid by the Allottee/s shall be returned by the Promoter/Owner/Developer to the Allottee/s within 45 (forty five) days of such cancellation.

Cancellation by Xxxxxxxx/s. The Allottee/s shall have the right to cancel/withdraw his allotment in the Project as provided in the Act. Provided that where the Allottee/s proposes to cancel/withdraw from the Project without any fault of the DeveloperPromoter/Vendor, the Developer Promoter/Vendor herein is entitled to forfeit the entire booking amount paid for the allotment. The balance amount of money paid by the Allottee/s shall be returned by the Developer Promoter/Vendor to the Allottee/s within 45 (forty five) days of such cancellation.

The balance amount of money paid by the Allottee/s shall be returned by the Developer to the Allottee/s within 45 (forty five) days of such cancellation.

Cancellation by Xxxxxxxx/s. Cancellation by Xxxxxxxx/s. The Allottee/s shall have the right to cancel/withdraw his allotment in the Project as provided in the Act. Provided that where the Allottee/s proposes to cancel/withdraw from the Project project without any fault of the Vendor/Developer, the Vendor/Developer herein is entitled to forfeit the booking amount paid for the allotment. The balance amount of money paid by the Allottee/s shall be returned by the Vendor/Developer to the Allottee/s within 45 (forty five) days of such cancellation.

Cancellation by Xxxxxxxx/s. The Allottee/s shall have the right to cancelcancel/ withdraw his/withdraw his her/its allotment in the Project as provided in the Act. Provided that where the Allottee/s proposes to cancel/withdraw from the Project project without any fault of the DeveloperPromoter No.2, the Developer Promoter No.2 herein is entitled to forfeit the booking amount paid for the allotment. The balance amount of money money, if any, paid by the Allottee/s shall be returned by the Developer Promoter No.2 to the Allottee/s within 45 (forty five) days three months of such cancellation.
