Common use of Cancellation/Changes in Coverages Clause in Contracts

Cancellation/Changes in Coverages. Licensee shall provide TSRI with written notice at least [***] days prior to the cancellation, non-renewal or material change in any insurance required by this Article 7. If Licensee does not obtain replacement insurance consistent with this Article 7 within such [***] day period (or prior to the cancellation, non-renewal or material change in the existing policy), TSRI shall have the right to immediately terminate this Agreement by providing written notice to Licensee and without providing any additional cure period.
