Common use of Cancellation Circumstances Clause in Contracts

Cancellation Circumstances. A Student cancellation request must be expressly authorized by the terms and conditions of this Agreement must be made via the Housing Portal. The Department may, within its sole discretion, deny any cancellation requests. Cancellation of an Agreement may be subject to the cancellation fees as set forth in this Section IV.3.c. Cancellation of the Agreement is subject to the other conditions contained herein, including the payment of applicable cancellation fees.
