Cancellation Days Clause Samples
The 'Cancellation Days' clause defines the specific number of days' notice required for one party to cancel an agreement or a particular service. Typically, this clause will state that written notice must be provided a certain number of days in advance—such as 30 days—before the cancellation becomes effective. By clearly outlining the notice period, this clause ensures both parties have adequate time to prepare for the termination, reducing the risk of sudden disruptions and misunderstandings.
