Cancellation, Liquidation or Completion. If SoFi HK cancels or liquidates a transaction for whatever reason, you will fully indemnify SoFi HK against all loss and liability incurred in connection therewith. If SoFi HK completes the transaction, you will pay SoFi HK the total purchase price in cleared funds on or prior to the settlement date. If SoFi HK does not receive payment by the settlement date, SoFi HK may, subject to applicable laws, rules and regulations and without giving you prior notice, sell or otherwise dispose of the Securities. You will fully indemnify SoFi HK against all loss and liability incurred in connection therewith.
