Common use of Cancellation of Appearance Clause in Contracts

Cancellation of Appearance. (a) Any cancellation by an AFL Club or the AFL of an appearance required by a Player must be advised to the Player as soon as practicable. (b) The AFL Club or the AFL, as the case may be, shall not be entitled to reschedule a cancelled appearance unless the Player has been provided at least two days’ notice.
