Common use of Cancellation of Certificates Clause in Contracts

Cancellation of Certificates. 16.1 All Certificates which are surrendered in connection with redemption, exchanged (in the case of a Global Certificate) or transferred (in the case of definitive Certificates) shall be cancelled by the Agent to which they are surrendered. In addition, the Principal Paying Agent will promptly cancel any Certificate delivered to it by Majid Al Futtaim Properties for cancellation following the purchase of that Certificate by Majid Al Futtaim Properties, the Guarantor or any of their respective Subsidiaries in accordance with Condition 13 (
